The main reason behind is the fact that some people say they feel as if they are drowning when panic episodes starts to occur.

Pursed lip breathing will most likely be taught and practiced. In this exercise, you will be asked to breathe deeply through your nose, and exhale slowly through your lips. One very common therapy is cognitive behavioral therapy. The goal of this therapy is to find a connection between your thoughts and actions. The thoughts I am pertaining to do not need to be your present thought, they can also be problems or concerns in the past that are still affecting your behavior today. This could be a very long process but it offers great outcomes in the end.
