Always Tired?
Tiredness is reaching epidemic levels. It is one of the fastest growing medical problems and the problem is that each person is an individual so it is hard to generalise the solution. This means that a lot of people end up suffering from being always tired.
If you are always tired then you need to go to you doctor. You should explain your problems to them and explain how it is affecting your life. They should be able to do a number of tests and hopefully rule out anything serious. If they do find something they should treat you.
Here are some examples of some problems that can make people have the effect of always feeling tired…
Heart disease.
Sleeping disorder such as sleep apnoea.
Allergic to certain food groups.
Anaemia.
If the doctor can’t find anything wrong with you then you shouldn’t get upset about that. This is a good thing. It means that you are always feeling tired becuase of something that isn’t serious.
Don’t give up just yet because you can try certain things for yourself. Firstly, you should improve your diet. You should do this no matter how good you think it is now. You need to eat more fruit and vegatbles. Aim for a minimum of 5 a day and at the same time cut out all the fatty foods.
People who are always tired think that they need more sleep. This is probably not the case. You should be after quality of sleep, not quantity. Think about what you can do to improve your sleep. Try not to go to sleep again after you have woken up in the mornings. The effects your sleeping pattern. If you go back to sleep you are only going to feel worse.
If you feel like you will be always tired forever I would encourage you not to give up. When you keep trying you will eventually stumble across a solution and probably when you least expect it. Please keep trying.
